Pierluigi Chinellato of Farbrica Architecture has produced a video flyover of the proposed development at the Water Lane site. This shows the proposed parameter plan within which the construction is sought in the May 2024 updated 23/1007/OUT Outline Planning Application. This does not necessarily indicate the full extent of the blocks that would be built since these would be modified/have to adhere to the Local Plan and SPD requirements. |
